Aprašymas: The print is without intertitles and shows images dedicated to various aspects of the First World War and military life. Probably is a collation of sundry material belonging to different documentaries; for instance, images may be recognised that are also present in Tra i ghiacci e le nevi del Tonale [lit. tr. Among the glaciers and snow at the Tonale pass]. Even the quality of the material, unfortunately often poor, varies a lot between one fragment and the next. Amongst the most interesting images: assault scenes under enemy artillery fire, soldiers proudly showing their assigned arms, a plane shot down on fire, the construction of a boat-bridge, a plane departure and aerial footage, a broken-down airship, trench-life scenes. The video is a copy from the film print held by the Museum: 35mm, positive, acetate, 487 m., black and white, silent.
